DynamiCa – The CKChip Calcium Assay Kit

The CKChip DynamiCa kit offers a simple yet powerful platform facilitating microscopic analysis of transient intracellular calcium levels.
By combining the CKChip technology fluorescence microscopy and image analyses, simultaneous monitoring of thousands of individual cells over time is enabled. On the CKChip, numerous single cells are held in defined physical positions. Cells are then loaded with a calcium-sensitive fluorescence probe, stimulated, and imaged over time. Cell images are then automatically analyzed with the included CKChip image-analysis software to unravel changes of [Ca++]i in multiple individual cells simultaneously over time.
Researchers use our products to discover heterogeneous calcium dynamics in sub-populations of cells, to unravel rare cells, and to detect transient changes of [Ca++]i in both adherent and non-adherent cells.

To facilitate microscopic analysis of intracellular calcium levels:
1. Prepare the DynamiCa calcium dynamics assay kit.
2. Prepare the calcium fluorescent probe compatible with microscopic analysis.
3. Read the DynamiCa Quick Start Guide carefully.
4. Load cells on the CKChip (included in the DynamiCa kit).
5. Stimulate cells on the CKChip.
6. Image cells over the required period of time.
